5.    Avoid working or doing any mental activities after 6PM.
6.    Don’t schedule an early morning meeting to avoid you from pressure to sleep urgently.
7.    Make your bedroom comfortable.
8.    Invest in a good mattress.
9.     Drink camomile tea for relaxation or eat a banana which induce the brain to create serotonin which can help you sleep.
10.    Try taking supplements with melatonin.
11.    Make your body tired before bed time.
12.    Meditate, listen to music, have a massage.
13.    Count your blessings, not sheep.
14.    Offer all your worries to God.
